Third Eye Installation Systems Limited can offer a range of burglar alarms suitable for homes and businesses, both large and small. We are NSI, insurance and Police approved; all our staff are security vetted to the highest degree.

We can offer graded systems to meet your security risk, these range from Grade 2, 3 and 4 and meet EN-50131 & PD6662 Standards. Covering North London including Watford, Enfield and Barnet.

Security Alarms

We offer three types of Security Alarms - Hardwired, Wireless and Hybrid.

• Hardwired Security Alarms – this is the traditional system. Generally if the property is fully decorated and has carpet throughout, then the cables can be easily concealed. The whole security alarm system is powered by connecting cables.
• Wireless Security Alarms– as its name suggests, this security alarm does not require cables and is particularly popular in properties with wooden floors or in areas which prevents the wiring of new cables, e.g. garages, sheds etc.
• Hybrid Security Alarms – in this case the property could be partly wired and we could also install wireless PIRs (passive infra red receivers), door contacts, and smoke detectors in less accessible areas for cables, which can be incorporated into the traditional hardwired system.

Alarm settings - Zones

Most alarms allow zone settings - this could be as simple as full or part setting the system. Part setting of the system is where you can exclude certain areas so only the zones selected will set off the alarm when activated. For example you may use this to exclude bedrooms at night when asleep.

Alarm Activations

There is a range of options in the eventuality of someone activating the Intruder Alarm system:

Sounder Only - Intruder / Burglar Alarms can be sounder only, whereby your external Sounder will activate and alert your neighbours which, in turn, may deter intruders.

Remotely Monitored Alarm – Alarm signals are sent to our Monitoring Centre and in the event of a confirmed signal, e.g. 2 independent zone activations, then the Monitoring Centre would contact the Police on your behalf. Signals are always filtered for false activations which avoids the risk of losing Police response to your intruder alarm.

Alarm Alerts via your Phone - We can provide the facility to allow the user and/or key holders to receive any alarm signals from the property via their phone, advising them of intruder alarm activation. It can also confirm if someone has entered/exited the property, e.g. an employee either entering or leaving the premises, whereby the system will send you an alert message.

Audio – Basically, this is a listening-in facility, which is not only useful to identify unauthorised persons within the property, but allows you to speak to person(s) in the premises to eliminate if they may need assistance.
